Use Method:
- Multipurpose Use: Used for the treatment of Hot Therapy and Cold Therapy.
- Hot Therapy: Immerse the gel pack into boiling water. After approx. 3-8 minutes the pack is ready for the heat therapy.
- Cold Therapy: Place the gel pack in to freezer for 2 to 3 hours and the pack is ready for cold therapy.
- Hot Therapy by Microwave: Place the gel pack in to microwave for 10 seconds (600 watt). Remove the gel pack and it is ready to use.

- Children must use under supervision.
